Friday, November 05, 2004 ::: 2 Nov so a little more than half of the americans decided that Bush should continue to be their president I don't like you but all I'm asking for is a safer America and also a safer world can you do that? I predicted this but I don't want to predict anything further 4 Nov after weeks and weeks of practice it's finally V Show LUMOS "good show" as the anticipation builds up the curtains opened 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 "caught in the headlights" the music was on and I moved with the flow the energy on stage the lightings the air the intensity the groove the steps everything just came out of me i was giving my all in the 4 minutes i was in another place and it felt so good that i wanted to do it all over again Deep Ng was great never thought he'd sing that good live and 'Sin Yup Wai Zhu' is soooooo my favorite so sick of ballads - canto pop definitely needs more of this a little snack beside the pool afterwards witnessing Tracy and Tiffan got drunk by drinking apple juice realizing we were here 1 year ago that was the first time we danced on stage the first performance of Dens one year after that was perhaps our last performance as Dens tired but liberated and empty I wanted to find the missing piece but I couldn't go there so I went home instead special thanks to all dens member for making all this worth while it was great fun thanks to our cool tutors dai bong and wendy for being so cool and fun and giving us such cool moves - i think we looked pretty cool (occasionally) somebody told me i was so completely different from the usual 'me' and i'm taking that as a complement :) thank you my friends - all travelling from afar to watch this 4 minute performance that meant a lot to me knowing that you liked the performance was EVERYTHING alfred you couldn't come but thanks for the phone call 5 Nov a good long sleep till noon glad that I didn't have to find the missing piece afterall i felt normal which was great headed back to CU for the gen ed lesson there's nothing to gain, but nothing to lose either i found myself almost dancing in the streets last night's performance still echoing in my head a stroll to HMV 5 minute walk from train station, not bad at all saw shrek at the store and I saw someone real familiar hmmmmm.... good old TST some great tunes recently: Depeche Mode - Enjoy the Silence 04 reinterpreted by Mike Shinoda Mike rocks!
